The role of Patient Liaison Specialist plays a vital part in this mission. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient responses to patient queries, liaising with insurers and internal stakeholders, and reviewing capture charges before they are sent to the Finance team.

\

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong administrative and customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with insurers and other internal stakeholders. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as strong time management and prioritization skills, are also essential.
