The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding results.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to oversee all marketing activities related to BMS sales. This includes collaborating closely with the BMS technical team to promote and sell customized building automation systems based on the Niagara Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong customer orientation, effective communication skills, and project management experience.

Responsibilities

* Oversee all marketing activities related to BMS sales.* Collaborate closely with the BMS technical team to promote and sell customized building automation systems.* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.* Achieve organizational sales targets by marketing product solutions to existing and new customers.* Prepare quotations and manage service engineers' responses to service calls within the BMS service scope.* Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for Diamond Controls.* Plan and manage projects from bidding to order receipt, procurement, product delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, training, and project handover.* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable for projects.* Respond to building operation and service inquiries from existing clients for previously completed projects.

Requirements

* Strong customer orientation with the ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, manage and defuse conflicts, and provide appropriate solutions.* Effective communication skills.* Highly collaborative and a good team player.* Project management skills.* Degree in Building Automation or a related qualification in project management.* At least 4 years of experience in BMS sales and project management roles.* Proficient in MS Office.* Tridium Niagara AX/N4 certification is an added advantage.* Experience in controlling third-party electrical equipment, HVAC, vertical transport, security equipment, etc., using high-level interfaces such as BACnet, MODBus, and LON is an added advantage.
