The Role: Office Manager

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee office budgets, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, records management, and employee engagement activities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
