The Role: Office Manager
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office budgets, invoicing, and reporting.
- Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, records management, and employee engagement activities.

- Proven experience in an office management or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
