Job Summary:
This is a rewarding opportunity to work for a meaningful cause in a well-established not-for-profit organisation. We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff while undertaking general reception and administration duties.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support and general assistance to the management team.
- Purchase order processing and accounts management.
- Record management, including filing and archiving.
- Ordering and sorting office supplies.
- Reception duties, being a point of contact for staff and visitors to the office.
- Answering phones and responding to general enquiries.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written).
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
