Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer backorders to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with pick-packing orders to support on-time market delivery
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Formal qualification (Year 13 or equivalent)
  • Experience in administration or customer services
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to gather and interpret information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
