Sales Growth Expert

At Dreame Technology, we are looking for a Sales Growth Expert to lead our key account management efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement sales strategies with key accounts to drive growth and increase market share.
- Analyze Market Trends: Use market insights and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth within key accounts.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication.
- Monitor Performance: Track sales performance and collaborate with distributors to provide regular reports and forecasts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Experience in multi-category management, with the ability to navigate and drive results across various product lines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and create informed strategies.
