About the Role:
- This is a dynamic inbound contact centre role where you will work closely with our key partners and their customers to provide solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- You will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of customer issues, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
- Your key responsibilities will include providing market-leading customer solutions for Business Property claims, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in claims management and resolution, with a proven track record of high-level customer interaction competency.
- Strong customer service and conversation capabilities, active listening, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
