Job Description
">- Coordinate travel logistics for the programme, including scheduling and managing travel bookings and budget for Support Centre and Store Teams.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, attend and chair meetings as necessary, minute, and distribute minutes to project team members.
- Maintain accurate Logistics and Travel calendars and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- 3-5 years' experience in an administrative support role or project-related role.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder interaction, minute taking, and related.
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products, Office 365 preferred.
