Our North Shore area team are seeking an Administration Coordinator to bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff while undertaking general reception and administration duties. You will be joining a friendly administration team dedicated to ensuring duties and tasks are up to date.

Duties Include
  • Administrative support and general support to the management team
  • Purchase order processing and accounts
  • Record management - filing and archiving
  • Ordering and sorting office supplies
  • Reception duties, being a point of contact for staff and visitors to the office
  • Answering phones and responding to general enquiries

  • Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written)
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
