">About This Role
">We are currently seeking a Kaiwhakarite (Administrator) with a focus on Ako (Programme Delivery), to join our team at Te Wananga o Aotearoa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the takiwa Ako team is supported with any administrative tasks related to programme delivery.
">Main Responsibilities
">The successful applicant will have proven experience in providing administrative and support services, and be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite. They will also possess great written and oral communication skills in both English and Maori.
">Key Requirements

- Minute Taking">
- Assist with Programme Delivery Schedules and Lesson Plans">
- Assist with completion of travel/kai requests">
- Provide assistance for Monitors Visits/Komiti Awhina – contacting stakeholders, collation of information for reporting purposes, filing">

- Provide support to kaiako with administrative tasks and programme resourcing">
About You
">We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a Maori organisation and is willing to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga).
