Job Description: Television New Zealand Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Programme Manager to join our team. As a key player in the organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination and management of our programme of work throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities
* Facilitating project activities and coordinating programme tasks
* Managing specific aspects of individual projects as required
* Providing support to senior members of the programme team, assisting with the oversight and administration of the broader programme

Requirements
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet)
* Ability to collect, analyse, and present project data (e.g., status reports, risk logs, and financial reports)
* Expertise in managing project documentation, including version control, access permissions, and secure storage
* Understanding of project governance frameworks, audit trails, and quality assurance processes
