Job Description: As a Business Analyst - Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will work with various stakeholders to provide expert business and process analysis. This includes facilitating workshops, mapping processes, analysing data for trends, bottlenecks, and process waste, identifying improvement opportunities, and engaging with stakeholders regularly. Your assessments will lead to the ideation, prioritisation, and implementation of solutions including process optimisation, design thinking, automation, and consolidation/standardisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Our ideal candidate has the ability to analyse and interpret information, deal with challenges creatively, and achieve business-focused solutions. They have experience in process analysis, process mapping, and implementing process change within a large or complex organisation. Additionally, they possess knowledge of cost-benefit modelling techniques, formal business analysis tools, and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
