We have an exciting opportunity for a Dunedin-based IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our team at Oritain. This is a permanent full-time role, and you'll be working from our Central Dunedin site.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst who will work closely with various teams to maintain high service standards and ensure smooth operations. Your role is crucial in aligning IT services with business needs while optimizing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end service delivery to staff in our offices
  • Act as the primary onsite contact for IT service requests and incidents
  • Work with other teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures, looking to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work with third-party contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT services
  • Collaborate with the 24/7 helpdesk to ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents
  • Work in and monitor our ticket system
  • Ensure the smooth running of staff onboarding & offboarding processes
