The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across all New Zealand hotels, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Global sales team.

A key focus will be on identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and stakeholder management.

This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. If you have a proven track record in hotel sales and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement sales strategies for all New Zealand hotels.
  • Work closely with the Global sales team to deliver set goals and maximise inbound and outbound business.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine areas requiring particular focus.
  • Identify new opportunities across the network of hotels in New Zealand.
  • Foster positive relationships with a respectful and partnership-based approach both internally and externally.
