Job DescriptionThe Director of Sales, NZ will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Tfe Hotels' properties in New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Tfe Hotels' properties in New Zealand
- Lead the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agents, and hotel owners
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior hotel sales capacity
- Tertiary qualifications in hotel management or a related field
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Sound business acumen and the ability to make informed decisions
