As we continue to progress our transformational journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Hamilton Branch.
He angitutanga: The opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will:
Support and liaise with our internal/external customers.
Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships.
Be involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service.
Pro-actively identify and inform customers of any network delays.
Manage customer queries via phone/email and manage customer escalations.
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

We are looking for a driven individual who can work in a team environment, has attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Additionally, you will have:
A minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
Time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive and cooperative attitude towards customers and other employees.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
Good computer literacy and data entry skills.
Experience with Genesys Purecloud and/or Salesforce would be beneficial.
