Project Planning and SchedulingDevelop, maintain, and oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.Coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders.2.
Budget Management and Cost ControlMonitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial plans.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.3.
Risk Management and Problem SolvingIdentify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Address operational challenges by providing proactive solutions.4.
Quality Assurance and ComplianceEnsure all project activities meet industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Conduct desktop checks and audits to maintain project integrity.5.
