We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Lotto NZ. As a key member of our Business Transformation Office (BTO), you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects across various business divisions.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide ongoing support to Project & Programme Managers by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports. You will also create and manage new Project sites on SharePoint and Confluence during the initial phase, lead the organization of weekly and monthly BTO meetings, and produce detailed minutes.

You will follow guidelines to produce comprehensive Project Closure Reports for all completed projects, implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle, and assist the Head of BTO with the coordination of the fiscal year planning cycle.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the BTO Analyst to develop and report on the Celoxis roadmap, ensuring accurate tracking of project progress. You will regularly update content and identify improvements to maximize the value of BTO SharePoint and Confluence sites for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of three years' experience in a project management office or technology/business change environment. You will possess proven ability to work across various business divisions with excellent presentation and communication skills.

You will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive initiatives forward. A proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach to delivery is essential.

Experience with standard office products and communication tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Slack is required. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement with divisions including IT, Operations, Marketing, Retail, Finance, and external suppliers is desired.
