Job Description

The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of customer and capital projects, working closely with project managers and trainee project managers. The successful candidate will have strong project administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative support for project lifecycle management
  • Coordination of project forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and billing
  • Purchase order management, goods receipting, and expense claims
  • Customer and client requests for information
  • Vehicle servicing scheduling and compliance
  • Tool, equipment, and major plant management coordination
  • Customer enquiry tracking and follow-up
  • Brief CAD task assistance and project documentation
Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Similar self-managing experience
  • Strong project administration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Class 1 Full Driver's Licence
  • Industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)
