About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to provide critical support to our project team implementing Oracle Fusion ERP.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact project requiring someone with a strong understanding of Oracle technologies, ideally with experience supporting projects in an electrical services or field services business.

The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of the project, providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to a busy team working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for project team members.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring it is organized, readily accessible, and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Support the project team in the execution of project tasks as needed.
  • Maintain project trackers, logs and other administrative tools.
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between project team members and stakeholders.

Familiarity with Oracle technologies and platforms is highly desirable.

Experience in supporting ERP implementations is a plus.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within a technology or ERP implementation environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in supporting busy teams under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • A strong ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience supporting projects in an electrical services or field services business is highly preferred.
  • Experience with or understanding of Oracle technologies is a plus.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
