Your mission?
To help him navigate a busy corporate life while making sure everything runs smoothly both at the office and in his personal endeavors.
If you like variety, this role might be for you.
No day is the same.
One day you might drive around running errands, another day you might help out with an administrative task.
What you'll do on any day will be whatever the CEO needs.
This is a full-time permanent position, working standard office hours.
However, with some flexibility to work extra hours when required.
Professionalism and discretion is a must.
You also need to be organised, show initiative and be proactive.
You are there to make the CEOs life easier.
Our office is in a prime location, close to Takapuna beach on the North Shore.Goal & ObjectivesTimeliness and effectiveness in supporting CEOsClear communication, both verbal and writtenTimely completion of assigned tasks, demonstrating proactive problem-solving abilityPositive feedback from the CEO and other stakeholders on the effectiveness of support providedExperience & AttributesPrevious experience as a personal assistant or related role, ideally supporting senior leadershipExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in office software (e.g.
Google Suite, Slack etc)Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDriver's license a requirement for errands, pick-ups/drop-offsResponsibilitiesAssist CEO to keep organised by organising calendar and reminding him of things that needs to be doneAssist with administration as requiredCoordinate personal or professional appointments, travel, and logistics, including family-related activities and eventsArrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and necessary documentationEnsure travel complies with company policies and provides a smooth experienceMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times concerning sensitive informationWhat we offer:Interesting tasks at the international levelEvents and large-scale conferencesOffice in Takapuna, Auckland, New ZealandSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrative
