Job Overview:
The Personal Shopping Assistant will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance on our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss their shopping needs and preferences
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Four - five years of retail experience in a personalised service and selling role
- Previous in-store styling/personal shopping experience
Work Environment:
This part-time role involves working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The ability to work flexible hours, including extended trading hours and Christmas, is essential.
