Job Description

The Programme Manager will play a critical role in setting up and operating our programme at Birkdale schools. This includes fostering strong relationships with our school communities, providing day-to-day supervisory care, and managing daily administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with parents and school staff
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality programme services to children aged 5-12
  • Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks, including staff supervision
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve programme goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Strong passion for working with children and inspiring their confidence and self-expression
  • Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
