Apply now if you're ready to make a difference.About the roleThe Asset Manager role is to develop, protect, and manage sportsground assets owned by the council to provide the community with the facilities and services they need in our open spaces. This includes:Supporting the annual capital works programme and contributing to project managementPreparing reports and advice to CouncilPreparing and providing input into business and asset management plans, managing contracts, and other important planning documents relevant to the management of assets.Preparing, monitoring, and managing budgets and sections of the Annual Plan in respect of the portfolio activities.About youOur ideal candidate is a go-getter, with the ability to work across a range of diverse projects, leading and motivating a team to meet organisational objectives, with a focus on the finer details.
