Description
At Brian Perry Civil (BPC), we have an opportunity for a New Business Manager to join our Central North Island Leadership team. The Central region consists of Taranaki, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, and Hawkes Bay, with a revenue of $60M+.
You'll be a strategic thinker with the ability to build strong and enduring relationships with our customers. You'll win the right work, in the right place for the right clients, at the right time, at the right price – to ensure we position the business for success.
This role can be based in any of the following regions - Hamilton, Auckland, Tauranga or Napier. Some travel will be required.
About you
We are looking for someone with a wealth of experience in the Civil Construction Industry that has managed bid governance tendering work. You will be an integral link between the customers and the bid team during the tender phase and ensure a seamless handover to the delivery team. You'll also bring with you:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the civil construction industry
A solid understanding of the technical, contractual and financial requirements involved in tendering and delivering infrastructure projects
Proven project delivery experience ideally across 3 waters, foundations, transportation and ports & marine
Proven leadership skills and an advanced knowledge base and network within the industry
Tenacious, resilient, strategic with a natural ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
