Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating communication between clients and internal staff, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a knack for organisation and coordination. This role has a high level of autonomy and communication needs to be precise. You will control and organise all sales and marketing activities for us. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Create new campaigns. Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives. 2. Marketing Material Creation: Create and oversee the development of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and email campaigns. Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand identity and messaging. Liaise with external stakeholders when required. 3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. 4. Email Coordination: Manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, segmenting lists, and analysing campaign performance. Set and adjust settings and standards where required. Coordinate internal email communications to ensure consistent messaging and timely responses. 5. Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and various departments within the company to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and product teams to address client needs and resolve issues. 6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales figures, and market trends Skills/Qualifications: Due to the level of communication skills, we require at least a Bachelor's Degree in Arts (Any Major), Law, or Commerce (Any Major); AND At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles. Ideally, where there is client onboarding/management/email management, marketing coordination (physical/social media), grasp of marketing strategies including creating funnels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and design software. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
