The primary focus of this role will be to grow and protect our existing relationships along with developing and acquiring new direct client relationships, resulting in optimising our current market position. Key to your success will be the ability to drive and deliver on new business targets as well as leveraging existing business for incremental growth. We are looking for a commercially astute, collaborative team player who has a high-performance mindset and a desire to win.What you'll need to succeed5+ years of experience in a senior sales role with the ability to manage corporate partnerships across multiple industry verticalsProven results with the ability to deliver revenue growth.Commercially astute with a knowledge / interest in the Financial Services industryThe ability to collaborate strongly across teams and influence a client centric solution to problems and client needs.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally and to proactively influence outcomes.High level of business acumen with demonstrated strategic business planning skillsStrong ability to interpret data, provide insights, analyse technical information and understand legislative requirementsWe think we've got some of the best benefits in Aotearoa, and that's deliberate on our part: our manaaki (care) is not just for our customers, it's for our people too.
