We like to encourage people to engage in learning and we are always striving to create better connections with each other, our customers, partners and the communities we serve.In this role you will:Support the Marketing Lead in delivering a content strategy, using customer insights to identify key needs and developing a regular calendar of activity.Produce (or outsource production of) AV content forms for a variety of channels, including podcasts, video and webinar (working with agency partners where applicable).Manage legal review and approval processes.Support workplace advisors with webinar management.Provide regular reporting in a timely manner.Manage the AMP social media channels and expand the use of social media to reach and engage with audience.We're looking for someone who:Minimum 3-5 years' experience in content marketing.Experienced working with and managing agency partners.Experience in Financial Service is advantageous.Demonstrates out of the box and creative thinking.Experience (whether professionally or personally) in any of the following would be advantageous but is not mandatory: photography, videography, video editing, design, audio design.We look after our people, and our people look after us.
