Provide phone and email assistance on the technical service support lineCommunicate and liaise with internal technicians and OOH customers to resolve technical issues via phoneEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolutionMaintain systems data including accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutionsSupport the implementation of Salesforce in the businessLoad and facilitate oil channel general services monthlySetup, amend, and terminate general services agreementsQualificationsTo be the best Technical Support Administrator, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
