Our 900+ team members are industry experts who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for our customers.Right now, MOVe is undergoing an exciting transformation, and we are seeking a high-performing Senior National Account Manager to build strong customer relationships, drive growth, and contribute to the future success of MOVe Group.About the Role:As the Senior National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in hunting out and gaining new business while also developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers across New Zealand.
You will be the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring satisfaction, growth, and profitability.This full-time position is based in Auckland, with regular travel required to strengthen relationships with customers nationwide.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand MOVe's customer base, leveraging your industry expertise and market insights.Account Growth: Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, identifying opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new solutions.Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies that align with MOVe's business objectives, driving mutual success and long-term partnerships.Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance using key metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement tailored solutions to achieve targets.Problem Solving: Act as the go-to problem-solver for customer challenges, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional service to our customers.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain MOVe's competitive edge.Requirements:The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles, with a proven track record in driving results within the freight and logistics industry.4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a national or senior leadership capacity.Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, securing new business, and achieving financial targets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.Collaborative team player with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.Willingness to travel regularly across New Zealand.Why Choose MOVe Logistics Group?Join MOVe at an exciting time of transformation, where you can make a real impact by driving customer success and contributing to the growth of one of New Zealand's leading supply chain solutions businesses.Be part of a passionate and innovative team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.Work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment that values creativity and collaboration.If this opportunity is of interest, please submit your CV by following the link below.
