We are a growing brand with a big mission and we have an opening in our team for an Email Marketing Specialist.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our global head office in Wanaka.As the Email Marketing Specialist, you'll sit in the growth team and be at the forefront of our digital communication strategy.
Your primary role will be to develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with broader digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid ads, website strategies and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using KlaviyoSegment audiences and personalise campaigns to ensure relevance and effectivenessAnalyse performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and use data-driven insights to optimise campaignsCoordinate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignmentCollaborate on the integration of email campaigns with other digital marketing initiatives (e.g., social media, digital ads, and website content)Manage A/B testing for subject lines, copy, and design to continually improve performanceEnsure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.What We're Looking For2-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing roleStrong technical skills, including familiarity with email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo) and analytics toolsExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsA creative eye for design and an ability to collaborate effectively with designers and copywritersUnderstanding of other digital marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, and website optimisationAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendationsProactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.Bonus Points ForExperience with HTML/CSS for email designKnowledge of CRM systems - ideally KlaviyoBackground in eCommerce or experience working in apparel, or a fast-paced tech or startup environment.If you're ready to combine your passion for digital marketing with a love for adventure, purpose and you're excited to work in one of the most stunning locations on earth, we'd love to hear from youOpportunity for growthMons Royale is a fast-growing brand in the action and adventure sports space with lots of opportunities for career development.Mountain town lifestyle and flexibilityWe are based in mountain towns because we value time spent in the mountains and want to enable and encourage our team to achieve a work/life balance.
