Job Overview:

The Email Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving our digital communication strategy and developing campaigns that engage our customers and promote our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, segmenting audiences and personalising content for relevance and effectiveness
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with broader digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid ads, website strategies, and customer service
  3. Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesion with our brand identity
  4. Manage A/B testing for subject lines, copy, and design to continually improve performance
  5. Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo) and analytics tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A creative eye for design and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and copywriters
  • Understanding of other digital marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, and website optimisation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and within a team
