About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team, primarily providing operational support to Retail Pharmacy Operations while also serving as a Marketing Specialist for various Allied Health & Pharmacy clinical areas under the purview of Chief, Allied Health and Pharmacy.

This role is crucial in optimizing our retail pharmacy operations and delivering comprehensive marketing support for the clinical Allied Health & Pharmacy Departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Support the Manager and Section Head in AH&P Ops in key responsibilities related to Retail Pharmacy Operations and Marketing Support in Clinical Areas.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Enhance inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and adherence with regulatory standards.
  2. Support procurement of OPEX and CAPEX items to ensure the retail grounds are well-equipped and ready to meet customer needs.
  3. Implement effective marketing plans tailored to retail pharmacy.
  4. Develop promotional materials and patient education materials to support stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • A team player who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful and meticulous with strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders.
