The purpose of this role is to support the Deputy Associate Dean Pacific Advancement in the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences in the successful delivery of special projects.
The project coordinator will collate and report information that will aid in the success of Pacific Advancement initiatives in the faculty.
The project coordinator will manage the successful delivery of distinct small to medium-sized projects.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum of three years' experience working in a relevant university or industry setting.Experience coordinating projects and initiatives across the project management life cycle from initiation through to closure.Experience and proficiency in assisting and dealing with people at all levels with a variety of problems and queries.Experience in special projects execution, particularly in Pacific learning and teaching.Well organized with a methodical approach to prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.High professional and personal standards with quality output of work.Culture
