The Deputy Associate Dean Pacific Advancement in the Faculty seeks a skilled project coordinator to support the successful delivery of special projects.

This role involves collating and reporting information to aid in the success of Pacific Advancement initiatives in the faculty. You will manage the successful delivery of distinct small to medium-sized projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and coordination.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • a minimum of three years' experience working in a relevant university or industry setting
  • experience coordinating projects and initiatives across the project management life cycle from initiation through to closure
  • experience and proficiency in assisting and dealing with people at all levels with a variety of problems and queries
  • experience in special projects execution, particularly in Pacific learning and teaching
  • well-organized with a methodical approach to prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
  • high professional and personal standards with quality output of work
