**Job Description:** Pacific Advancement Project Coordinator

Auckland University of Technology (AUT) invites applications for a Project Coordinator position within the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Deputy Associate Dean Pacific Advancement in the successful delivery of special projects related to Pacific Advancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and report information to aid in the success of Pacific Advancement initiatives
  • Manage the successful delivery of distinct small to medium-sized projects
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives across the project management life cycle
  • Assist and deal with people at all levels with a variety of problems and queries
  • Execute special projects, particularly in Pacific learning and teaching

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • a minimum of three years' experience working in a relevant university or industry setting
  • experience coordinating projects and initiatives across the project management life cycle from initiation through to closure
  • experience and proficiency in assisting and dealing with people at all levels with a variety of problems and queries
  • experience in special projects execution, particularly in Pacific learning and teaching
  • well-organized with a methodical approach to prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
  • high professional and personal standards with quality output of work

What We Offer

Auckland University of Technology offers a competitive salary: $73,000 - $85,000 per annum - pro rata (dependent on experience and qualifications). We also offer flexible and hybrid working options, generous leave allowances, and a fulfilling, respectful, compassionate, and supportive culture.
