We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our Auckland Sprinkler Contracts division. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to take on new challenges and contribute to the delivery of complex fire protection projects.

The Role

\

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from final designs through to planning, consenting, resource allocation, supply chain management, and overseeing construction through to project handover. You will also handle forecasting, budgets, quality control, and customer relationship management.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\
  • High-level proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.\
  • A solid understanding of New Zealand building codes, regulations, and industry standards.\
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, if required.\
