If you don't feel you meet every requirement of the role - we still encourage you to apply.The Role:As Evnex's Inbound Sales Specialist, your core focus will be supporting the Residential sales channel across both New Zealand and Australia. You will share responsibility for the residential sales target across both markets. You will be closing residential sales leads for customers who are wanting chargers installed at homes across New Zealand and Australia. You will be working across a number of functions, helping to grow our brand to become the largest smart EV charging network across Australasia, whilst helping deliver meaningful social and environmental outcomes.Key Responsibilities and Skills:Sell into residential channel for inbound leads across New Zealand and Australia.Forecast and achieve to the residential sales target.Help lead and develop key processes including CRM across both markets.Inform the wider business of key opportunities and challenges from residential customers.Follow-up with customer enquiries and close sales leads for New Zealand and Australian customers.Improve customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers and providing key support throughout the sales cycle, measured through Net Promoter Score.Learn to sell complex solutions and simplify problems for customers.Influence and establish strong relationships between the sales, marketing, and operations teams across markets.Contribute positively to the team culture and embrace the company core values by demonstrating authenticity, fun, excellent customer service, and an aptitude for growth.What We're Looking For:The right candidate will have a sales background where they have been part of a team that regularly hits a sales target. You must be comfortable in picking up the phone and talking to customers and making sales yourself. Having the ability to quickly interpret and translate technical information will be essential and training will be provided for you to do this.
