The Job Description

This Rostering Coordinator role requires coordinating daily schedules for Support Workers, adjusting assignments according to clients' evolving needs and worker availability. Key skills include communication, problem-solving, data management, and strong organizational abilities. Success in this position also relies on ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and work efficiently under pressure.
