We are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Experience with a strong focus on Revenue Operations to elevate our customer journey across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. This role is a crucial combination of driving customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth by aligning customer success strategies with commercial goals. Specializing in Revenue Operations, you will own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes while supporting the company's financial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer success processes and build strategies that support operational efficiency and revenue expansion.
