Head of Brand Strategy & Customer Experience Sky City operates one of NZ's largest in-house marketing teams.
We have teams working across our Studio, Social Media, Communications, Events, Sponsorship, Loyalty, and General Marketing.
We have a huge range of clients which include restaurants, bars, three Hotels, Casino, Sky Tower, and more, and they all need to communicate over a diverse range of media channels.
A bit about the role: Brand marketing and management across all communication channels Customer-facing technology enhancements Develop and implement long-term strategic brand strategy for Sky City NZMonitor and analyse brand performance metrics and data Strategic planning for customer growth and retention A bit about you:8+ years Retail and/or Gaming/Entertainment marketing experience in a large, fast-paced environment Strong experience in brand management, customer experience, and leadership roles Experience in producing end-to-end marketing campaigns Leadership and team management skills What's great about working at Sky City: A supportive and diverse company culture Work with people who care, are driven, and energetic Medical insurance$2.50 cooked meals in our staff cafeteria (there are some healthy salads as well)Heavily discounted staff car parking and dry cleaning Discounts at our outlets Free trips for you plus one as many times as you like up the Sky Tower (if you like heights and are not too busy)At Sky City, our career opportunities are as diverse as our workforce.
