Reporting to the Head of Route to Market you'll be the "Voice of Customer" within the team to analyse customer verbatim and map service improvement projects with multiple internal stakeholders, including finance and sales.

An analytical mindset, combined with an intermediate level of project management experience will put you on the right path to success in this exciting role. Your natural ability to influence will create win-win outcomes for both our customers and internal stakeholders.
