You'll be engaging with our customers to ensure they have an amazing experience from start to finish. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or guiding customers through our platform, you'll be the trusted expert who makes banking feel simple and exciting.Problem Solver with a SmileWhen problems arise, you'll jump in and tackle them head-on, providing solutions that leave our customers feeling heard and valued. You'll take the time to understand their needs and work collaboratively to resolve their challenges.Feedback ChampionCollect valuable customer insights, from feedback surveys to one-on-one conversations, and use them to suggest improvements that will make Emerge & SquareOne even better. You'll help us continuously refine our platform and service to make sure our customers always get the best experience.Team PlayerWork closely with other teams (like Marketing, Product, and Tech) to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted upon.
