In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing the Group’s strategic plan and overseeing the daily operations of Strategi Institute and Strategi Compliance. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving growth, enhancing efficiency, and boosting profitability.You will collaborate closely with the Board and senior leadership to elevate business performance and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing operations across human resources, IT, finance, and marketing, and ensuring effective employee lifecycle management. You will also ensure robust compliance with governance, risk management, and internal controls, while monitoring and reporting on financial metrics such as profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheets. Additionally, you will oversee strategic projects, serve as the Company Health and Safety Officer and Privacy Officer, and fulfill board secretariat duties.The business is well-positioned with a solid strategic plan, established daily operating rhythm, and on track to achieve financial targets. The COO role reports directly to the Board of Directors and is supported by a skilled Senior Leadership Team and Executive Director. The Board is seeking a business leader that will move the business forward into the next phase of change and growth.The COO is responsible for several functions.
