The Compliance Services Officer (Parking) is a position that has an opportunity to shape and influence how we deliver services and conduct internal processes. This is a role that can deliver job satisfaction for a person who enjoys both engaging with the community but also working with a team to design and implement process improvements.

This is a customer-facing role that requires an ability to work with people and an active engagement in health and safety processes.

T he primary role of the Compliance Services Officer (Parking) include:
Day-to-day patrolling of city (on foot and in vehicles).

Investigation and resolution of vehicle complaints including assessments for towing of abandoned vehicles.

Operating with a health and safety-first approach and complying with all health and safety requirements and ensuring all incidents are reported promptly.

Managing the lifecycle of complaints and enquiries through to resolution.

Drafting correspondence, collating information.

Ensuring information is accurate and free of errors.

Provide educational messages to community in relation to parking requirements.

Comfortable with learning new systems and software including Microsoft Office Suite
