Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

**What You Will Do**

**Responsibilities include, however not limited to**:

- Issue and reconcile Manufacturing documentation (e.g. equipment worksheets)
- Review documentation for completeness and GDP compliance
- Work closely with QA, Manufacturing other site staff to ensure smooth flow of documentation during the review process and coordinate corrections and clarifications
- Batch data collation and trending
- Documentation authoring and review
- Deviation reporting and investigation
- Implement corrective and preventative actions
- Checking and verifying actions performed on the shop floor by Production Technicians

**Physical Verification Checks**:

- Carry out verification and checking of manufacturing steps
- Carry out physical line clearance checks

**Administrative Support**:

- Receipt and distribution of mail
- Administrative support as required for:

- Technicians
- Managers
- Other departments (as agreed with your Manager)

**Documentation Responsibilities**
- Maintain all documentation in accordance with Company and relevant quality standards.

**What You Must have**
- Tertiary degree in Science, Engineering or similar preferred
- Experience in a biological or pharmaceutical production / manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience in other hands-on manufacturing industries (e.g. food production, farming) would also be beneficial
- Work experience is preferred, though we would also be open to university graduates for this position
- Good understanding of GMP
- Ability to follow processes & SOPs
- Good computer skills across the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A keen eye for detail with excellent organisation skills
