As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and engagement with our products and services. ### Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that all customers receive timely and accurate information. Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues effectively by investigating complaints, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Supervalu's products and services to provide knowledgeable, relevant support to customers. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements to services or processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records of customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions in the dedicated CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer service representatives, management, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution times. Training and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to new team members as needed, sharing best practices and fostering a welcoming environment. Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions, maintaining the company's ethical standards. ### Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools; ability to learn new software quickly. Personality Traits: Resilient: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and recover quickly from setbacks. Energetic: Possess a positive attitude and the enthusiasm to engage with customers and colleagues alike. Soft Skills: Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead by example and empower team members through support and encouragement.
