We are looking for experienced Customer Care Representatives/Administrators, where you will be given the opportunity to showcase your talents and continue to grow your current skills and experience.

**Key tasks and accountabilities (not limited to)**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Receiving customer purchase orders via multiple channels and processing orders
- Manage all customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Stock management and reporting
- Advising customers on delivery details and updates
- Use your knowledge and skills to convert sales leads via inbound calls to sales

- You will have previous experience in a similar role, and you can deliver effective and efficient services and outputs in each area of responsibility in a timely manner
- You can demonstrate accuracy with data entry processing
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You can demonstrate effective and efficient time management

- You know and understand the importance of Teamwork
