**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
The role of Digital Service Experience Team Leader is crucial in Digital's mission to enable awesome digital experiences for our students and staff. The DSE Team Leader will provide leadership and guidance to the team as well as oversee daily operations of the service desk to ensure we deliver excellent customer service, quality support to our customers ensuring service levels are achieved.

As a Digital leader, you will foster and champion a customer-centric, service-obsessed mindset while enabling agile and lean ways of working within and amongst our teams.

**Mōu | Who You Are**
You have intermediate level leadership experience with a strong willingness to advance your abilities to fostering cultural change within teams and team performance. You will have strong relationship management skills and service desk management experience.

You will also have:

- Experience in the IT industry including experience in a service delivery role.
- Experience in client support in a large scale and diverse environment.
- Demonstrated level of skill in and knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL preferred).
