**The Role**
There has never been a busier, or more exciting time to join Seequent. We are growing rapidly, and as such, are looking for a highly collaborative Senior Manager, Digital Experience. This is a key strategic role, responsible for supercharging our digital capability. Your deep digital expertise means you’ll hit the ground running and will lead Seequent’s web team. You’ll work closely with senior leaders in the Customer Experience team and in the Seequent and Bentley stakeholder group to ensure the web-ecosystem is thoughtfully designed with user journeys and personalisation in mind.
Balancing strategy with tactical execution, you’ll have your eye on the long-term prize, while constantly delivering insights and improved lifetime value of Seequent’s customers - from path to purchase to path to loyalty. You’ll be data savvy, commercially astute and apt at working with both business and technical stakeholders to drive seamless customer experiences that deliver business results.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Become a key leader within the Customer Experience group, championing our team vision to orchestrate world-class experiences, that matter.
- Play a significant role in helping to define the vision, strategy & roadmap for Seequent's digital experience, in conjunction with Digital senior leadership across Seequent and Bentley Systems.
- Help shape the direction of how to get started most effectively - supporting the business case for continuous investment into digital capabilities now and into the future.
- Drive innovation within the customer journey, ensuring that magic is happening at every touch-point and customer interaction.
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:
- At least 10+ years of experience in a digital role, with 5+ year of digital leadership - bringing a solid and demonstratable understanding across digital product management, digital marketing, e-commerce, personalisation, optimisation and measurement.
- Significant experience with digital technologies across content management systems, audience management tools, analytical measurement tools and customer relationship management systems.
- In-depth experience working in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment with the ability to switch rapidly from strategy to execution.
- A proven track record of leading and providing negotiation and conflict management with a balanced approach to influencing and persuading.
- Strong analytical capability with a focus on driving results and delivering against commercial targets with the ability to also plan and act strategically.
- Experience being accountable for relationships with third party suppliers and the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences with confidence.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations surrounding data management, privacy management and cookie management.
